İngilizce’de zarflar, sıfatlara ‘ly’ eki eklenerek yapılır. Tıpkı Türkçe’de olduğu gibi İngilizce’de de sıfatlar ismi; zarflar fiili niteler. Aşağıda zarflara birkaç örnek göreceksiniz.

Note: Eğer sıfat “sessiz harf + y ile bitiyorsa, zarf yapmak için “y” düşer ve “–ily” eklenir.
